PPS creates flexible user friendly framework agreements for public sector bodies. We provide buyers guides for use of the frameworks and can also provide one to one advise about individual member needs.

Procurement Advice
PPS can offer members advice about their overall procurement needs or individual requirements/projects.
Procurement Support
PPS can support members with their mini competitions or supplier engagement.
PPS can also offer flexible procurement support to manage competitions for a member or even assist with their procurement strategy. This offers members a most flexible approach than having an internal full time resource assigned (depending upon scope of work required there may be a charge for this service as PPS need to ensure we have resourcing to support all members to a high level).
